TECHNICAL TRAINEE (SYSTEM ENGINEERING)

Location: Chișcădaga Cement Plant (Hunedoara county), Fieni Cement Plant (Dâmbovița county)
Level: Entry level

HeidelbergCement România SA is looking to recruit 2 young graduates for a Technical Trainee position. The jobs are based in Chișcădaga Cement Plant (Hunedoara county) and Fieni Cement Plant (Dâmbovița county).

CONTENT OF THE TRAINEE PROGRAM

The trainee program consists of 12 months of on-the-job training that will give you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals within our business lines (Cement, Aggregates, Ready-Mix Concrete) and build an important network in different departments throughout the organization. You will be assigned project work, where your potential and talents will be valued. After learning and acquiring practical experience, you could be assigned new responsibilities within our company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:• Fresh graduate, holding a Master degree or currently in his Master’s final year of System Engineering / Automation studies, with excellent results from university • First work experience in system engineering is considered a plus (internships, student practice etc. are also taken into consideration)
Preferred skills: • Advanced use of MS Office • Specific knowledge related to industrial automation programs• Excellent knowledge of English • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams• Persuasive and assertive• Analytical and pragmatic skills• Result-oriented • Highly motivated, strong willingness to learn and self-initiative• Potential for development and willingness to grow within the company• Committed and flexible
